Very large orders may be shipped by truck but most orders are shipped via UPS. The factory does an excellent job of packing the picture frames to protect them from damage during shipping. Each frame is placed inside a poly bag to protect from scratching. Then they’re nested together to fit snugly in the carton. Each carton is made of thick, double-walled corrugated cardboard and empty space inside the box is filled with protective cushion. If any damage occurs during shipping, we will replace the goods for you. Please note, we require any and all claims for damage to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. No claims can be honored thereafter. Replacement goods will usually be shipped within 1 business day and via UPS ground. We do not cover costs for expedited shipping for replacement goods.
