Salt & Pepper pattern looks a LOT like epoxy paint. You can park a car on it!

Comes with a 5-year warranty and it’s SO easy to install. You can do it yourself in a matter of hours. Simple remove all surface dust & dirt, smooth out and cracks or holes.

All you need is a tape measure, a straight edge and a razor knife.

For best adhesion, Garage Floor Tile should not be installed when temperatures are below 65 degrees and above 85 degrees fahrenheit. After the adhesive thoroughly dries, fluctuation temperatures (even extreme temperatures) do not affect the adhesion.

Beautiful tiles! The Salt and Epoxy tiles have the finished look of a regular epoxy finish at a fraction of the price! I also used the Black tiles, these are used in case I have any oil/grease issues from any of my vehicles.

The tiles almost seem to be multiplying in the box they came in, a great amount of coverage per box!

Prep the floor before you start, I used the recommended concrete patch and fix, it dried much faster with the help of a fan blowing on the work surface. Don’t get discouraged if the patch product doesn’t dry as fast as the bottle/tub claims, my floor patch work dried, with a fan, over night.

Andrew and his staff are there for you if you have any questions or concerns. Also, when you back in and out DO NOT turn the steering wheel, instead, simply drive straight in and back straight out. This will help eliminate any problems with “hot tire” pickups of the tiles.

I also used a silicone caulk to cover the outside edge of the tiles nearest to the garage door. This will help keep any/all of the water/salt/ice/snow from damaging my tiles.
