Cheap colored mechanical pencils, 0.7mm lead. These pencils are the Electra design.  The lead these pencils come with is 0.7mm thick.  It is 2B lead, so it is equal to a #2B pencil.  This lead is softer than traditional yellow #2 pencils, and is more ideal for sketches and drawing.  Not only are these are perfect for art classrooms, but they are great for other classes and offices where making charts and drawings are required, such as math and business courses. Each piece of lead is 60mm in length.
