Q. What is the turnaround time for orders?
A. It depends upon what you’re ordering and in which warehouse the product(s) are located. We have product located in various warehouses around the country.
Q. How long does it take to get delivery?
A. It depends upon the size of your order and which is the best method of delivery. We use UPS and a large group if national trucking companies. You are welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a freight quote and estimated lead time. It also depends upon what you’re ordering and which current warehouse location of the product(s).
Q. Do you have Expedited Shipping?
A. We generally ship pretty quickly but we can not make any promises for the carriers. They may have next-day, 2-day, or 3-day options, but they don’t always come through due to human error, flat tire, traffic incidents, etc. If you insist upon paying more for expedited service, we will try to accommodate you but we do not provide any guarantees. In the case where a delivery is refused because it was late, yoiu will be refunded for 50% of the orginal invoice price of the product, less the original cost of the shipping, plus the cost of the return shipping.
