Returns and Refunds: We stand behind everything we sell. If the product is broken, damaged upon delivery, or deemed defective, we will replace it or refund the money for that portion of the order; whichever best suits the customer.
We do not accept returns of items purchased in error or if you or your customer changed their mind. If an order is shipped and refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for the outbound shipping, the return shipping, plus a 50% restocking fee.
Payment: Open credit terms are allowed for Schools and Government Entities only. All others pay by credit card. Schools and Government Entities who do not pay within terms are cut off from future open account privileges. No exceptions.
