We source blinds from various factories. Some factories specialize in the fastest, most common sizes. Those factories setup their machinery to continually making the same sizes. Automation speeds up the manufacturing process and also requires much less labor.

The Most Popular Sizes are Priced Lower Than Less Popular Sizes

Fastest sellers (in just about any line of product) are less expensive to make, market, and distribute.

Window blinds come in sizes at almost every 1 in increment from as narrow as 11″ to as wide as 96″ (some, even wider). BUT unless you’re buying custom-made blinds), they don’t come in every length.

The most widely sold sizes of stock mini blinds are 48″, 64″ long and 72″ long.If you have a 36x 58″ window, you can buy a 64″ long blind to cover it. You’ll just pull the blind down far enough to cover your window, and about 4-5 slats will rest neatly on the bottom rail.
